This is a view looking down onto the inside of my foot (so I turned my foot to the right). Compare the position of the smaller leg bone with that in the Post Surgery, Left View X-Ray and you can see that it's not in the right place. Also, the fractured bone you see there is part of the smaller leg bone. If you look at the Pre-Surgery, Front View X-Ray you can see the same fracture from the front.
